One Pot Maia Mac & Cheese maiamac


Who doesn’t love macaroni and cheese? There’s a reason it’s a classic. Use your noodle and try a recipe that uses Greek yogurt for a lighter and healthier version! Thanks to Christina Does for this easy, cheesy recipe. Throw in some extra spices, extra veggies, or breadcrumbs on top…make it your own!


2 cups of elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cheese
1/2 cup plain Maia yogurt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook and drain the macaroni in a large pot
  2. Put the pasta back in the bowl and combine all ingredients
  3. Cook over low heat until the cheese is melted
  4. Enjoy!
