Our Cows

It starts with the cows. We love our cows. They hail from the heart of North Eastern dairy country and are pasture raised, opposed to anything sourced from genetically modified seed. We think a great yogurt starts with great milk and this is something we will never compromise on. Every small batch of Maia Yogurt is meticulously prepared and although it takes a bit longer to make it, we know that by slowing down the process we create a yogurt that needs far less sugar to be delicious.


Our Flavor

Maia is lightly sweetened with 2-4 grams of cane sugar per cup, not high fructose corn syrup. We flavor our yogurts with real fruit and vanilla beans, never anything artificial. We add sugar to compliment not to overpower the flavor. If you like sugary yogurts this may not be the yogurt for you.


Our Texture

Flavor is only half the battle. We are obsessed with texture. Our pursuit for the perfect texture has yielded a  thick yogurt that spends its final hours in the cup becoming yogurt. Each cup is a perfect little yogurt eco-system.


Our Probiotics

Maia yogurt is packed with more super-beneficial probiotics than other yogurts. One cup of our yogurt contains at least 40+ billion probiotics: just housed in the perfect environment, opposed to other probiotic sources Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillius casei ssp. paracasei, Lactobacillus paracasei, L. delbrueckii ssp Bulgaricus, Streptoccus thermophilus. Your stomach will love Maia as much as your taste buds do!



We are so happy with our thick texture we recommend you enjoy Maia by not stirring it. The fruit is distributed throughout the cup, some customers swear by eating Maia like a cheesecake or flan.  As our most obsessed customers say, ‘Don’t f’in stir it.’
